Important points to understand before making a contribution.

рее рд╢реНрд░реАрдГ рее

This Certificate Policy governs the issuance, validity, replacement, and use of donation certificates issued by the Trust. By making a donation, donors acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Certificate Issuance

  • Donation certificates are issued only for successfully paid and confirmed donations.
  • Donations paid in full become eligible for certificate issuance immediately after payment confirmation.
  • For installment donations, only the paid and confirmed portion is considered for certification.
  • Pending, failed, cancelled, or unpaid installments are not included.

2. Installment Donations

Donors contributing through installments receive certificate eligibility based only on the amount successfully paid and verified by the Trust.

  • Unpaid installments are excluded from certificate calculations.
  • Certificate values may increase as additional installments are completed.
  • Only completed contributions are reflected in the donor's certified SQFT count.

3. Multiple Donations

  • A donor may make multiple donations under the same donor profile.
  • Each donation is recorded separately by the Trust.
  • Additional donations increase the donor's certified contribution only after successful payment.

4. SQFT Calculation

Certificate SQFT values are determined solely by the amount successfully paid and confirmed by the Trust.

Example:

  • A donor completes payment for 5 SQFT and receives certification for 5 SQFT.
  • The donor later pledges another 5 SQFT through installments.
  • If installments equivalent to only 3 SQFT have been paid, the donor's certified contribution becomes 8 SQFT.
  • The remaining 2 SQFT will be added after the corresponding installments are completed.

5. Consolidated Certificates

The Trust may issue consolidated certificates showing the donor's total cumulative eligible contribution across all donations.

  • Consolidated certificates may replace earlier certificates.
  • The latest certificate reflects the most current donation status.
  • Certificate totals may be revised whenever new donations or installment payments are completed.

6. Revocation and Replacement

  • Previously issued certificates may be revoked, cancelled, or superseded when a newer certificate is generated.
  • Only the most recently issued certificate shall be considered valid.
  • Earlier certificates, whether downloaded or printed, may no longer be valid after replacement.

7. Verification

  • All certificates remain subject to verification against Trust records.
  • The Trust reserves the right to correct clerical, administrative, or calculation errors.
  • Official Trust records shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.

8. Trust Rights

The Trust reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, replace, regenerate, or revoke certificates whenever required for administrative, operational, technical, or legal reasons.

9. Contact

For certificate-related queries, corrections, or assistance, donors may contact the Trust through the official contact details provided on this website.
