- All donations to the trust are voluntary contributions in support of the trust's religious and charitable objects.
- Sponsorship titles (Nirman Sevak, Pradhan Sevak, Yajman, etc.) are honorary spiritual recognitions and do not confer ownership, governance rights, or claims over any property of the trust.
- Donations may be reallocated by the trustees among approved activities based on need and priority.
- Tax benefits under Section 80G are subject to the donor's income profile and prevailing tax laws.
- The trust does not solicit donations through unauthorized channels or third-party agents.
