Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations made to Sri Srinivasa Ramanuja Suprabhatha Goshti Trust are generally non-refundable as funds are allocated to ongoing religious and charitable activities.

Exceptions

• Duplicate transactions: If the same amount is debited twice for the same intent, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
• Failed payment with debit: If money is debited but the donation is not recorded, refunds are processed in 5–10 working days.
• Incorrect amount: If a clearly incorrect amount was paid in error, the difference may be refunded on review.

How to request a refund

Email payments@divyadesavasatikaimkaryam.com with your receipt ID, bank reference number and reason within 14 days of the transaction.

Cancellation of installments

You may pause or cancel future instalments by writing to us. Already-paid instalments will not be refunded.

Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days via the original payment method. Bank settlement may take additional time.
