Authorization

By initiating a donation, you authorize the trust and its payment partners to charge your selected payment instrument for the agreed amount.

Currency & gateway

All Indian donations are processed in INR. International donations are processed in the applicable foreign currency through authorized gateways and converted as per gateway rates.

Installment commitments

Choosing an installment plan creates a moral and financial commitment to complete the chosen sponsorship. The trust may issue reminders via WhatsApp, SMS and email.

Receipt issuance

Receipts are issued for every successful payment. Tax-exempt receipts include the trust's PAN and 80G registration details.

Errors

Notify us within 14 days of any incorrect debit. Review and resolution may take up to 10 working days.
